All Sales Are Final

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@harveyshemp.com with:

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier. If your package is missing, please:

1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

2. File a claim with the shipping carrier.
